CCCAP's 13th Annual 5K Corn Run/Walk returns on Saturday, September 12, 2026. Lace up for a friendly morning race through Wilmington — every runner, walker, and volunteer helps neighbors across Clinton County.

Registration is open

Sign up early to reserve your event T-shirt. Registration is $25 per adult and $15 for youth 12 and under through August 31. Same-day registration opens at the start line for $30. Families and workplace teams are welcome, and no one is turned away for inability to pay — call our office to ask about a fee waiver.

Start location and time

Check-in begins at 7:30 a.m. at the CCCAP main office, 789 North Nelson Avenue. The run and walk step off together at 9:00 a.m. on a flat, stroller-friendly course. Water and a light breakfast will be available for all participants at the finish.

Where your registration goes

Proceeds from the Corn Run/Walk stay right here in Clinton County. Your entry fee helps pay for emergency energy assistance during shutoffs, stocks the Food Pantry, and keeps our Senior Services transportation vans on the road for medical appointments. It is a direct, local way to fight poverty — one mile at a time.
